Oakes at the International Bakery Expo 2019!

The industry’s newest advances from leading manufacturers and suppliers were all on display at the Baking Expo™. Product experts gave hands-on demos to understand how the latest baking technology, ingredients, and packaging trends could impact your business. IBIE’s 700,000 sq. ft. show floor highlighted everything manufacturers need to increase their efficiency, improve their operations and boost their bottom line.

E. T. Oakes was there at booth 6137 showing off our newest generation of Continuous and Slurry Mixers for Lab, Pilot Plant, and Wholesale Bakery. Oakes Engineers were there to discuss icing, cake depositing, extruding, and creme injection solutions for all applications. It was great seeing everyone who attended!
