Engineered for precision, performance, and simplicity

Designed to install directly over your existing continuous baking conveyor system, the Oakes Sheet Cake Manifold brings accuracy, efficiency, and consistency to batter depositing. Its low shear laminar design protects batter and particulate integrity, ensuring even distribution, and delivers production speeds of up to 15 full trays per minute.

Unlike conventional systems that stress batter and particulates with harsh compression and decompression, the Oakes manifold uses gentle volumetric depositing to maintain product integrity and uniform density.

Standard features include FDA-approved coating for easy cleaning, and touch-screen control for complete process visibility. Operators can easily fine-tune deposits for products with or without particulates such as nuts, seeds, candy chips, berries, or dried fruit.

Optional equipment like agitated holding tanks or dual inclined mixing tanks in combination with Oakes continuous or slurry mixers expands capability for high-volume production and added flexibility.

Configurable for full, half, or quarter sheet pans in custom manifold widths up to 60 inches.
