Agitation is particularly well suited for applications with batter that changes properties while processing and standing. This process is designed to continuously mix slurry batches together in the holding tank, resulting in more consistent product density.
The Agitated Holding Tank/Pump Assembly, continuously transfers blended product from the Slurry Mixer, to the Continuous Mixer or production line Depositor. As product leaves the system, new product is automatically pumped from the Slurry Mixer to the Holding Tank.
Slow, variable speed agitation keeps batter consistent and in suspension, reducing product settling.
