Agitation is particularly suited for batters that change properties while processing and standing. Slow, variable speed agitation keeps batter consistent and in suspension, reducing product settling while maintaining consistent product density.
Dual tanks allow the process to operate continuously. While one tank fills and mixes, blended product in the other tank is gently transferred to the depositing manifold.
