For use in the Lab or Pilot Plant, the 4" Continuous Mixer has a throughput range of 30 to 200#/hr at .6 final foam density.
Continuous Mixers are available in 5 sizes to accommodate all lab and wholesale bakery production requirements.
An in-depth look into Oakes’ lab and pilot line of products that are smaller solutions that are highly scalable and easy to use. This line includes the 2" and 4" continuous mixer as well as the 24" slurry mixer.
